PROBLEM – As a full-scale labor strike loomed, client recognized the need for an experienced security management team to be in place when the walk-outs began.

SOLUTION – S.A.G. assumed full management of all third party security companies in three different locations, as well as the mobilized chase teams assigned to all company vehicles. In this constantly changing environment, S.A.G. maintained control with daily coordination of nearly 500 security personnel, daily liaison with local law enforcement, and responsibility for daily briefings to client’s senior management team. Client enjoyed increased security which allowed them to focus on the business at hand.
